    I need to get a better mindset when it comes to eating so I’d like to start using my fitness pal again. I have about 20 lbs to lose to get to my goal weight but breastfeeding is my priority. I am not working out yet but once I’m cleared I’ll be doing light cardio and working my way back into things. How many calories is everyone eating in a day? Thanks!
